1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", or "you") and i8club ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). Access to and use of the i8club platform, including all games, services, features, content, and promotions available therein, is conditional upon your unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

By clicking "Register", "Sign Up", or otherwise creating an account on i8club, or by accessing any part of the Platform, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in full;
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2; and
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the i8club platform. Continued use of the Platform after any amendments to these Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on i8club, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This requirement reflects the minimum legal gambling age under applicable Philippine regulations. i8club strictly prohibits the use of its Platform by individuals under the age of 21.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your location.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law or the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Not a self-excluded player: You must not have voluntarily self-excluded from the i8club platform or from online gaming platforms generally through any applicable regulatory scheme.
• Not a restricted person: You must not be an employee, officer, director, consultant, agent, or immediate family member of i8club or any of its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, or gaming providers.

i8club reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification confirming age and identity. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the i8club platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or any combination thereof — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified, i8club reserves the right to close all such accounts, void any pending withdrawals, and forfeit any bonuses or promotional credits associated with those accounts.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

When registering an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and payment information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. i8club will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must contact i8club support immediately at [email protected].

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

i8club operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with applicable regulations. You may be required to submit identity documents — including a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method — before withdrawals are processed or certain account features are unlocked. i8club reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account pending completion of the KYC process.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

i8club supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP): GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso. i8club does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may impose separate fees.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply to both deposits and withdrawals. These limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account at the time of transaction. i8club reserves the right to modify transaction limits at any time, with notice provided through the Platform where practicable.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review prior to processing. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are generally processed within one (1) to three (3) business hours following approval. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to Instapay and PESONet network timelines. i8club reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC or where fraud or bonus abuse is suspected.

4.4 Player Funds

Funds deposited into your i8club account are held solely for the purpose of gaming activity on the Platform. i8club does not pay interest on player balances. Player funds are not considered loans to i8club and carry no investment characteristics. In the event of insolvency, your ability to recover deposited funds may be limited.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by i8club are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, validity periods, and maximum withdrawal limits applicable to bonus winnings. Players must read and accept the specific terms attached to each offer before claiming it.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms, a wagering requirement represents the number of times you must wager the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, where applicable) before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagers on certain game categories may contribute at reduced rates or may not contribute at all toward satisfying wagering requirements.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

i8club monitors account activity for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple accounts to receive the same promotion, low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal financial risk, and coordinated play between multiple accounts. Where bonus abuse is identified, i8club reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, restrict future bonus eligibility, and close affected accounts.

5.4 Changes to Promotions

i8club reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotional offer is withdrawn mid-campaign, players who have already validly claimed the offer and satisfied the applicable terms retain their rights under that specific offer.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

Each game available on the i8club platform is governed by its own set of game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and the specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

i8club uses certified random number generator (RNG) technology to determine game outcomes across applicable game categories. Live casino games are conducted by professional dealers via real-time video stream. Game outcomes cannot be influenced by the Platform, the player, or any third party outside the established rules of the game.

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, i8club will make reasonable efforts to restore the game to its last confirmed state. Where restoration is not possible, the affected round may be voided and the wager returned to the player's account balance. i8club's decision on technical dispute resolution is final.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the i8club platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts in violation of the single account policy;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using stolen, borrowed, or fraudulently obtained payment instruments to fund your account;
• Engaging in money laundering or any activity that facilitates the proceeds of crime;
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or scripting to interact with the Platform in an automated manner;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is prohibited;
• Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access or use your account;
• Engaging in harassment, abusive conduct, or offensive communication directed at i8club staff or other players.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the i8club platform, including but not limited to software, game code, text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and interface design, is the exclusive intellectual property of i8club or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of i8club.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, i8club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

i8club's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your i8club account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. i8club makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or any content therein.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

i8club collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at i8club.bet/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

i8club implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no online platform can guarantee absolute security, and you acknowledge this inherent risk.

11. Responsible Gaming

i8club is committed to providing a safe, responsible, and sustainable gaming environment for all players. We recognise that, for a minority of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our responsibility to support those players seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered i8club players through the account settings section:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you deposit into your account;
• Session time limits: Set a maximum duration for individual gaming sessions;
• Reality check alerts: Receive periodic on-screen reminders of how long you have been playing;
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or receive promotional communications from i8club.

The 21+ age restriction is enforced at account registration and through ongoing KYC checks. i8club will close any account found to belong to a player under the age of 21 and will return any deposited funds to the originating payment method.

12. Account Suspension and Closure

i8club reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Bonus abuse or systematic exploitation of promotions;
• Account inactivity in accordance with the dormant account policy detailed below;
• At the request of a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

12.1 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. i8club will notify you by email prior to applying dormancy procedures. A monthly administration fee may be deducted from dormant account balances, as permitted under applicable regulations. Where a dormant account balance reaches zero, the account may be closed.

12.2 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting i8club support at [email protected]. Account closure requests are subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements and withdrawal of any remaining balance. i8club will process closure requests within five (5) business days.

13. Amendments to These Terms

i8club reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, i8club will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice through on-Platform notifications or by email to the address registered on your account. The effective date of the revised Terms will be clearly indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the i8club platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 12.2.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the i8club platform shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between you and i8club.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice, both parties agree to submit the dispute to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

For regulatory matters, i8club operates in alignment with applicable frameworks administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
